INTENDED USE
The Finecare™ cTn I Rapid Quantitative Test is a fluorescence immunoassay used along with Finecare™ FIA System for quantitative determination of cardiac troponin I (cTn I) in human whole blood, serum or plasma. This test is used as an aid to assist in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI).

STORAGE AND STABILITY

1. Store the test kit at 4℃~30℃ up to the expiration date printed on package.
2. If removed from refrigerator, allow the test kit for 30 minutes to return to room temperature before testing.
3. Do not remove the Test Cartridge from the pouch until use. The Test Cartridge should be used within 1 hour once opened.

Clinical Significance:

Finecare Troponin I (CTnI ) is an intracellular protein that stores and releases iron in a controlled manner. It is predominantly found in the liver, spleen, skeletal muscles, and bone marrow. Measuring ferritin levels is crucial for diagnosing and monitoring iron-related disorders:​

• Iron Deficiency Anemia: Low ferritin levels indicate depleted iron stores, leading to anemia.​
• Iron Overload Disorders: Elevated ferritin levels can suggest conditions like hemochromatosis or hemosiderosis.​
• Inflammatory Diseases: Ferritin acts as an acute-phase reactant, and its levels may rise in response to inflammation or infection.​

Usage Considerations:

• Ensure that the test cartridge, detection buffer, and ID chip lot numbers match before use.​
• Allow the test kit to reach room temperature if previously refrigerated.​
• Use the test cartridge within one hour of opening the pouch.​
• Adhere to proper laboratory safety protocols when handling specimens and kit reagents. ​
