APOTI ^TM Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer is an analyzer based on the detection of fluorescence emitted during an immunoassay with antigen-antibody interaction. Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer offers the advantages of high accuracy, good stability, and fast results.

APOTI ™ Acro Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer is an immunoassay analyzer with an enzymatic fluorescence detection system. Similar to Flurolit, it uses TRF technology.

APOTI ™ (while remaining conceptually a POCT) allows you to work by a single test and by Batch, optimizing and reducing the workload.

The APOTI AFR-ACO200 is a Point of Care (POC) system that allows the quantitative and qualitative determination of several analytes through fluorescence immunoassay, using Europium markers. There are different marker profiles available such as Cardiac, Diabetes, Infectious Diseases, Inflammatory, Hormonal, Neonatal and Tumor. Practical and versatile, this analyzer has 3 modes of use, allowing the performance of single and multiple tests, adapting to different laboratory routines. Results are ready in up to 15 minutes, reagents can be stored at room temperature and the system works with whole blood, serum, plasma and swab samples.

Individual test mode, with two reading options: Normal Test (Standard Test), where the test is inserted for incubation and reading the result, and Quick Test (Quick Test), where the test is inserted after incubation for reading the result; Batch Test, allowing the performance of multiple tests for the same analyte; Data storage of up to 8,000 results; RS232, USB (4 ports) and LAN interfaces; Accessories like a built-in thermal printer and USB 2.0 cable, plus an optional barcode scanner; Dimensions of 240 x 130 x 280 mm and weight less than 2.5 kg.
