Cefalexin 30 Antibiotic Disc is a 6mm paper disc impregnated with 30 micrograms of cephalexin. It is used in microbiological diagnostics to determine the susceptibility of bacteria to cephalexin.

Cefalexin is a first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic that is active against a wide range of Gram-positive bacteria, including Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, and some Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli. It is used to treat a variety of infections, including upper respiratory infections, sinus infections, and urinary tract infections.
